Flip Box problem

Hello everyone,
sorry for my bad english.
I have a problem with the flip boxes . There is a white margin ( of the background) in the bottom of all my flip box I have created. So when a put some shadows, the shadow is not around the flip box in the bottom. We can see the background color of the flip box ( in my case, white) that i don’t need.
I can’t remove this bottom margin. Also when I simply put a new default flip box, there is automatically this white margin in the bottom of the flip box.
In other words, the background image or color i put, don’t fit the size of the flip box, even if i modify the size of the flip box.
