Flip Box Resizing Breakpoints

I have posted a link to the page…however I am going to continue to work on this while I hope for an answer.

Is there a way to specify the scaling of the boxes for breakpoints? I have 3 columns with 6 boxes. Looks great until I start reducing the screen size. It drops to one column around 999px. It would be great to have the flip boxes scale proportionately heightxwidth.
