    Hi,

    The Flip Box widget does not display properly on most browsers. I have updated to the latest version of EA, but I have not used this widget with the previous version, so I don’t know if the problem is just with the latest version.

    It displays fine on OSX Safari, but not on Chrome or iOS Safari (fully updated). The content is displayed incorrectly with no animation and very little formatting, and I have already cleared the cache and also regenerated the CSS files with Elementor etc.

    The flip boxes on your website at https://essential-addons.com/elementor/flip-box/ work fine in the other browsers, so the problem seems to be the current version of EA.

    Can you look at this for me please?

    Thank you.

    @actionator,

    I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. I have actually just checked EA Flip Box with the latest version of EA and it seems to be working perfectly fine.

    So, it’s difficult to say what’s causing an issue over your site without proper investigation. Would you mind sharing your page URL so that we can check for possible errors.

    Thank you.

    Hi rafinkhan,

    If you can check it on multiple devices / browsers that would be great as we have tested all the devices with the flip boxes on your website, and they all work fine. But with the flip boxes we have created they have varying results. Some devices show the flip boxes but they are static and will not flip open, and others are displayed incorrectly and with content from both sides and bad formatting etc.

    Thank you for the quick response.

    @actionator,

    Hi, there. I have just checked your site with multiple browsers (Google Chrome and Firefox) and it seems to be showing perfectly fine. Here’s the gif you can check: https://d.pr/i/OvtBFw

    So, are you facing this issue with any particular browser? Might be caching issue. Let me know the details. Thank you.

    Hi rafinkhan,

    Yes I have looked at your gif, thank you for going to the effort to do that for me. Perhaps there are multiple problems on my end, but I cannot explain how I am having trouble on more than one device.

    I have created a page for you to see what I get on the ipad. Can you please look at tell me if you have seen this before?

    Thank you.

    @actionator,

    I have just checked from Mac Device & Safari Browser. Flip Box seems fine there as well. I have also tried it from iPad as well and found no issue.

    So, it has to be caching issue otherwise it wouldn’t be working from my end as well. Not sure how we can help you out on it since it seems completely fine.

    Thank you.

    Ok, thanks again for your help. I will keep working my end to find the problem.

    Hi,

    I’m facing the same issue with my site. I’m using the flip box from the EA plugin and inside the Elementor Editor it displays properly. However, on the live site it does not. My website is https://retest.de/pricing/

    I’m having the exact same problem. Flip Boxes display properly in editor but not on the live site.

    I’m having a similar issue with the flip boxes on IE. It works great on all other browsers including edge but in IE when flipped, the text is mirrored and the card in the back isn’t visible.

    Exactly the same problem on my site as well. Works fine in the editor but displays as mirrored & basically the box does not flip on the live site.

    Hi @archbogen0515 ,

    That seems strange actually. I think there might be some other reason behind this since its working fine on our end. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And, check back as well.

    Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Hi Tushar,

    Yes, it appeared to be a plugin conflict. Didn’t have to change to any of the default themes. Only letting Elementor & Essential Add-ons plugins be active did the job. Thanks a lot for your help. Cheers!
