Flipbook fails

  • I have a problem with my flipbook
    I created a gallery, then the flipbook and I inserted it in a page.
    When I want to see it, nothing displays and when I insert the shortcode, the pictures display and by cliking on a page, then the flipbook displays.
    I have not the file single-flip_pong.php but only single_flip-pong.txt and flip-pong-V.php
    I use the latest version 1.4.2
    How can I repair this?
