Flipbook not loading

    Hi!

    I tried to make the flip book load as a popup when a visitor clicks a button but it doesn’t ever load despite the fact that it loads nicely when I’m editing the popup in Elementor so I don’t know what can be wrong in the live website.

    The button in question on the page is named “Brand Book” for the Jaco section.

    Please help.

    Can you disable that plugin and try? Maybe it’s Particle Background WP

    Thanks for the answer. I have tried deactivating the autooptimize plugin but it still doesn’t work. I also disabled particle BG’s but to no avail. Is there something else I could try?

    Hi, I also am experiencing an issue loading the Flipbooks on Mobile versions. It works great with Desktop version but on mobile version it is throwing up a conflict on Pro. Take a peek at?https://harryville.co.uk/publications/?. Could you help me. Thanks
