Flipbook not showing Korean Characters

I am using this Menu pdf https://www.chirchir.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/CHIR-CHIR-MENU.compressed.pdf but for some reason the Korean Characters aren’t showing if you compare the two menus, only 1 translation will appear on the Flip Book.

I bought this version so I would appreciate some urgent help since it is for a customer.
