Flipbox doesn’t work with pagebuilder

Hello @kuupik,

I have checked flipbox shortcode with the siteorigin pagebuilder. It is working fine on my end. Please make sure that you’ve enabled the Flipboxes in Settings > Page Builder > Post Types.

Also, share the link or screenshot of your page so that we may resolve this issue.

@kuupik, please make sure that you have added flipbox shortcode in Page Builder > Add Widget > Text.

I don’t seem to have that option in Settings -> Page builder. Only option: Enable 3rd Party Widgets (Not recommended), but it’s enabled.

This is a Thinkup Themes compatible page builder version

@kuupik, You have to enable Flipboxes in settings as in the below link :

OK I installed the regular siteorigin and it’s working.

One question: Can I have the flipbox title under the image? And where do I customize it so that the description field can be a bit longer?

This plugin shows title only on back side of the flipbox in with-image Flipbox Layout.
We are working on customizing description length. We will update you about it soon.
