Flipped result in event list

  • Hello,

    I have a strange problem, that I’ve met first time ever.

    I’m using SportsPress plugin to organize the basketball team’s results during the season. However, there is a problem. The results flip from one side to another.

    For example, in the dashboard, there are results, which were inserted correctly (as it should be). (pic to prove https://ibb.co/5sBMcm1)

    Nev??is 73:70 CBet
    CBet 80:74 Lietkabelis
    CBet 74:80 Juventus

    Then somewhere it transforms in this page https://bcprienai.lt/tvarkarastis/ with vice versa results (pic https://ibb.co/RPNw16P)

    CBet 85:76 ?iauliai > CBet 85:76 ?iauliai (correct)
    CBet 64:105 ?algiris > CBet 105:64 ?algiris (incorrect, flipped)
    Nev??is 73:70 CBet > Nev??is 73:70 CBet (correct)
    CBet 80:74 Lietkabelis > CBet 74:80 Lietkabelis (incorrect, flipped)
    CBet 74:80 Juventus > CBet 80:74 Juventus (incorrect, flipped)
    CBet 81:79 Pieno ?vaig?d?s > CBet 81:79 Pieno ?vaig?d?s (incorrect, flipped)

    I have no idea why it is happening. Does anyone have a clue?

    Hi @zygis789 ,

    At SportsPress->Settings->Matches there is an option called Reverse Order. Is it enabled? https://snipboard.io/ekTvVr.jpg

    If for some reason was enabled, and now is disabled, then you need to go to your “flipped” games, edit and re-update them.

    Hey,

    thanks for the answer. However, “reverse order” is not and was not enabled (https://ibb.co/SJ3HvHD), because I’m the only one active admin, so I should remember it (lol).

    The original score was CBet 78:87 Rytas, but in the website event list, there was flipped to CBet 87:78 Rytas. Then I’ve tried to change the result to fake one CBet 79:88 Rytas and it was showing in the website’s event list as I’ve written. Then changed it back to CBet 78:87 Rytas and surprisingly website’s event list was showing the correct results.

    Moreover, another game’s result was CBet 64:105 ?algiris (website’s event list showing CBet 105:64 ?algiris). I went to the result’s edit and just updated a result without changing any numbers. Surprisingly, the website’s event list was showing the correct results.

    In general, it is really strange what caused this problem. I have no idea.

    Ok, this is strange. Did you try to use a default theme like Rookie or TwentySeventeen to see if it is a theme issue?

    Just to let you know that I’m also experiencing this. It seems to be flipping the Imported Matches when the scores are added into Alphabetical Order for me. It’s a bit frustrating as I’m having to check every result very carefully to make sure they’re correct. As a work around I’ve been changing the Event Name around so it’s correct as we only have one round it doesn’t matter to much but if you needed to show the Home and Away team this wouldn’t be good at all.

    I think you need to get your tech team to look into this please.
