@edipdincer – You appear to be using some sort of caching plugin or service, this could be where the issue is for the single column thumbnails. As to the SinglePic issue, could you provide any more details?

WP-Minify is the one who is guilty…
Disabling WP-Minify solved the problem..

@edipdincer – Thanks for the update. We are finding many “minify” routines as stand-alone or part of another plugin will cause issues with NextGEN Gallery.
