Float online support chat widget not going away

  • Hello, I deleted the code for the float online support widget and is not working also went to the advanced settings and turn it off( Enable floating chat widget on bottom right of site) as well as disabled the option: Enable “chat with your visitors feature” and still showing. I don’t want the chat option, please I need your help. Thanks.
