Floating Cart has disappeared

We just checked it locally – the floating cart widget seems to work fine with the latest plugin version.

Probably, the problem on your side is caused by some third party plugin or widget. Did you change anything recently on the site? Can you provide a link to your site so that we have a look?

We inspected the site and cannot find the widget in the source code of the site. Can you please make sure you have the floating cart widget added to one of visible widget area under WP admin -> Appearance -> Widgets ?

that’s right. I deactivated the floating widget as it didn’t show up correctly anymore. It doesn’t matter if I choose the “top right” or “bottom right” option: The cart doesn’t float anymore and it’s always on the bottom left. Maybe it’s not working with my theme anymore? I don’t know…

Thanks! The minicart widget on those screenshot is not the floating cart. It’s the regular cart widget. Are you sure you used the “Floating cart” under the Widgets section on your site? Screenshot: https://take.ms/bWytr

If that’s the widget you use and it doesn’t work as expected, then probably it’s somehow related to the theme, as you suggested. Can you send us your theme so we can test it locally?

Yes, of course I used the floating cart widget as seen on your screenshot.
The theme is called Beach Please by Apollo13. I’m not sure how to send it to you as it is a premium theme I paid for.
