Floating menu

    hello Experts
    I try to move my private site based on html/php to WP 4.1.
    On my site i use floating menu based on jQuery (floating1-12.js).
    I would like to implement the same menu on my WP site.
    Menu has got about 150 position, so i did it in WP but i had to modify some memory parameters in php.ini

    Please let me know if anybody of You know a widget which gives me that functionality.
