    Hi there,

I have a few questions. Please try to answer all of them.

    1. How do I disable the floating bar on mobile – the option does not exist on your settings page (when signed in). If it does not exist then why is that?

    2. I have google ads that show at the bottom of the website when viewed on mobile, the mobile bar shows over this – do you have plans to better the plugin to accommodate these google ads?

    3. The mobile bar does not display properly when set to Top – how can I get this to fixed?

  • HI @myhero,

    Good questions!

1.) If you go to Floated Share Buttons settings, there’s a tab that reads “Display Rules”. Click that, then do this (screenshot): https://www.screencast.com/t/OauO2vuisLCg

2.) Would you mind sending a screenshot of what that looks like on your mobile view? I can definitely address this issue with my dev team.

3.) When you say the Floated Share Buttons are not displaying properly, are they not showing at all? Or are they placed somewhere else? Would you mind sending me the URL to your site so I can investigate the issue on my end?

    Thank you!
    Mary Anne

Whoops! Wrong screenshot for issue #1. Here it is: https://www.screencast.com/t/dncFXocnN

    Hi thanks for your response.

    1. Thanks for the screenshot, I must have missed that under display rules.

    2. You can have a look at what it looks like – it is currently set to show at the bottom on mobile view on any POST >> Link

    3. I’ve enabled it at the bottom now – because when it is set to Top then it actually displays where my menu (ubermenu) is. On a mobile view the Top bar would appear in the middle of the screen, this means that webpage content appears both above and below the floating bar.
