If you are asking about using the affix widget option. That is really dependent on the theme. It is probably best to ask their support team which sidebar class you should use. You could try using the #secondary selector.

I already try that one, and all the other words related I saw on source page.

I tried with other TOC plugins also, nothing seems to work, I even tried in other sites I have with other themes.

    Nothing seems to work.

Can it be because I use cloudflare or a cache plugin?

Right now you have it set to sidebar-widget which has two issues. The first, it does not exist. Two, if it did, it would be either .sidebar-widget or #sidebar-widget.

The other one to try is .sidebar-main.

I made it on this one: https://iqoption-bin.com/iq-option/plataforma-iq-option/

The other site I was trying, still no luck.

    https://www.opcoesbinarias.biz/corretoras-de-opcoes-binarias/iq-option/ – different theme.

On the other site you should try .sidebar-widget. Presently it is set to #sidebar-section-right which would be incorrect because it does not exist. But .sidebar-section-right does exist.

    I tried both.

It does not work, and also if I disable from the page the TOC does not work on the sidebar.

I guess this is an issue with the theme.
