Floating Toolbar Location in Percentage

First off, thank you for taking the time to create this. It’s clean and effective. My issue is with the fixed location. I’d like to optimize the positioning for different viewport sizes. Is it possible to set the location values to percentages? I’ve tried in the dashboard already.

I’m competent enough to make changes in the .php.
