Floating tooltip

Hi there,

Just wondering, if it is possible to let the floating tooltip pop up above the field instead of under it.

My issue is, that I have a floating tooltip pop up on a slider, but it is then covering the value of the slider which does not allow to see the actual value of the slider when moving it.

Or, if it not possible, can the slider value be shown on the right or on top of the slider?
