Floating WITHIN a sidebar

    I’m using the Evolve theme from Theme4Press and would love to have my social media icons floating….but WITHIN the sidebar rather than in relation to the whole page. It seems I can either place the widget in the sidebar – in which case it’s fixed and moves off the top of the page as the user scrolls down – OR I can have them float in which case I have to specify their location with regard to the whole page.

    Is there a way to place them in the sidebar and have them float THERE? (I’m not entirely sure I’m making myself clear….sorry.)

    The theme, however, has an always present top menu bar that very effectively hides the “stuck” widget. I’d need to be able to adjust the top positioning similar to the way the plugin lets us adjust the position of the icons when we set them to float.

    Ok, then the plugin cannot do it on it’s own, it requires CSS modifications and adjustments of your theme. Either ask the theme creator about it, or we also do it as part of the supported plugin ?? See https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/
