    As it is a premium plugin I do not have access to it to test it.

    What exactly breaks when you activate Flowplayer?
    Have you opened a ticket with WPMUDEV and if so can you please share the link?

    There was some too general css in the plugin that was causing this and this will be fixed in the next update.
