    Hi @deebalturk,

WP Offload Media Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!

Unfortunately, since Fluent Forms Pro is a third-party plugin, we do not know or control on how they handle their files.

When you upload a file, does it create a Media Library entry?

WP Offload Media relies on your Media Library to know which files to offload.

What we would advice is to contact Fluent Forms Pro support and ask them if it’s possible for them to use the following default WordPress hooks –

    Thank you.

    fluentforms can have 2 options,

    1. Fluent forms default : the files are uploaded in wp-content/uploads/fluentforms
    2. media library

    Hi @deebalturk,

Thanks for the additional information. Please try using option 2 (Media Library) to see if that helps with the issue. At the moment WP Offload Media can only offload files that have records in the Media Library.

Let us know how it goes for you.
