FluentCRM: multiple double opt-in templates possible?

Hi,
is it possible to create multiple confirmation texts for double opt-in? Currently, I only see “Settings -> Double Opt-in Settings”, which seems like a single global solution.
However, depending on what I intend to do, I need the possibility to change the text. The reason I want to differentiate is because of different use cases (newsletter subscription, download a freebie only etc.).
I was thinking about, whether it can be done with SmartCodes, but honestly, I am not sure.
