FluentCRM unsubscribe attempts are blocked

If the the CleanTalk Cloud blocked anything, it will most certainly be in your log where you can whitelist any record. I believe, the feature SpamFireWall is in question, so your SFW log is here:

Thanks, I added the exclusion like this: https://www.example.com/?fluentcrm=1&route=unsubscribe

I will keep an eye on it.

I can indeed see all blocked attempts in the log but I won’t whitelist them because these people will very likely not come back anyway. But I was able to click the URLs in the log and unsubscribe them myself that way.
