FluentCRM unsubscribe attempts are blocked

Hi,
We sent a mailing today via FluentCRM. Quite a lot of 1-click unsubscribe attempts failed because CleanTalk blocked them. The unsubscribe happens on URLs like this:
Is it safe to exclude such URLs from CleanTalk? If so, how do I do that?
