• Hi, I would like to report a bug, something that has never been resolved since you introduced the integration with FluentForms. When you create the sending of an event with FluentForms, for example “SubmitApplication”, the pixel correctly transmits the data to Meta. However, when FluentForm is configured to redirect when the form is sent, the event will never be sent.

So, you can test this bug by creating a Form, configuring that when the form is sent the user goes to another page of the site and then from PixelYourSite try to create the event to send by attaching it to the Form submission. You will be able to notice both from the Meta extension and from the Facebook event management that it will not take that event. If we then disable the redirect after the form submission, it works.

So it is as if pixelyoursite enables the sending of the event late, too late, when the user has already been redirected to the next page causing nothing to be sent.
