    Hi @orschiro,

    I tested it on my local development environment and it works as expected, showing the entire email in the language configured for the site.

    1. Does your website allow customers to choose between a few languages, or is it configured to use only Spanish for everyone? If so, which plugins is being used to configure and use multi-language on your website?

    2. What variation of Spanish are you using, from Spain or somewhere else? I also tested with Spanish variations and it works as expected too.

    1. Customers don’t create an account on our site. They can just switch the website language between Spanish (Spain) and English (UK).
    2. We use TranslatePress for that. I already disabled TranslatePress as well but the issue remains as long as Fluid is enabled.

    Yes, but ideally we would have to edit our plugin on your website to find out what is causing this issue. For that reason, we ask that you prepare a test/staging copy of your website where this issue can be replicated, and share access with us on that copy only.
