Fluid Response slideshow not showing on page

It show up correctly in the slide show options box. I used the add FR slideshow button and also tried a copy and past of the short code. I disabled all other slide show pluggins.
as per the FAQ “All of the slide must have a slide order and slide type.”
I don’t see and option for slide order.new.sonotronics.com
Any help would be greatly appreciated because this look like a plugin that would work well for what I need to do.
