Flush user cache on role change

Hello,
If I use the ‘change role to’ combi box on the user dashboard (wp-admin/users.php) to change the role of one or more users, the user cache is not flushed. This outworking of this is that role-based content restriction on the front end do not work correctly until the cache is cleared manually on the UM dashboard page.

If I change the role using the combi within the individual user’s profile editor page (/wp-admin/user-edit.php), then the change is immediate and the cache does not need flushing manually.

Both the roles I am using are created using the UM role manager, if that makes a difference.

Running UM 2.2.5

Is this expected behaviour? It caught us out for a while and I don’t recall it being the case in the past.
