Flushed cache, how long to update?

Is there a way I can set this plugin to pull my Google Calendar on every load? Or at least change the refresh to minutes instead of whatever it currently is? I’m a musician and I often have last minute cancellations or changes and people show up to the wrong venus or at the wrong time.

Sometimes it seems like half a day goes by before my WordPress calendar reflects changes to my Google Calendar… maybe it’s my imagination.
