Flutter not appearing in menu or toolbar

  • I installed and activated Flutter per the instructions, but it doesn’t appear as an option in the toolbar or menu in the wp-admin for my site.

    Does it take a while to update? I know the install is a little more complicated than other plugins. I did follow both steps, including CHMOD 777 the folders.
