FLV Embed isn't working…

    What code do I need to place into my post to get flv embed to work? I can’t get it to show here: https://cnm-dev.com

    Also, I want to remove the More button and oval button to the side of the More button from the post in the middle of the page. How can I do this.

    Thanks for any help, this is my firs wp site and I’ve done ok up to this point but can’t figure this out and I’m under a deadline to get this wrapped up.
