    Salutations,

I have recently cloned my website to a new host using the Duplicator plugin. On the previous site (hosted by Yahoo Small Business, now Aabaco) your wp-flybox plugin was working fine, however since the migration to the new host (BlueHost) I have been unable to get it working.

The website is running the Jarida theme (unfortunately their website https://tielabs.com/docs/jarida seems to be down, but it’s version 1.5.0), and was using this same theme back when wp-flybox was functioning.

The website address is https://www.wnsltd.com . I had a quick look at the page source, and saw there is a code entry in the footer with strange coordinates.

Could you please help me? I greatly appreciate it!

It looks like the WP-Flybox code is being put inside of another section, maybe by the theme itself. It is being put in > with 0 height making it invisible. Did you try removing the WP-Flybox plugin and reinstalling it??

Yes, I perused other users’ issues and have attempted the following:

    – Disable and re-enable.
    – Uncheck page view options and re-check.
    – Change side it is displayed on.
    – Uninstall and reinstall.

Perhaps my theme is messing with it. Is there any way you know of to manually alter the code to make it display properly?

Thank you again, I really appreciate your speedy response!

Hmm. I cannot give advice on fixing the theme without seeing it. I will look and see if I can find the theme to download.

One thing to look at… The arrow at the bottom right that takes you back to the top of the page. Is that part of the theme or a separate plugin?

I believe that is part of the theme, as a function of the pop-out menu (I have no plugin which does this). I will try and disable it, and see if that changes anything.

OK, I disabled the arrow button, as well as cleared most of the footer section (only thing left there is the copyright information). I then proceeded to uninstall and reinstall wp-flybox, and left all the values as default (except for Which Side under General Options), however the plugin is still not displaying…

I’m just so confused by this, because it was working fine before the migration.

Do you have any more ideas?

No this is baffling me! Do you have the ability to edit php files and try something?

    Thread Starter b.mcco90

Yes I can access the php files, what do you suggest?

Go to the file wp-content/plugins/wp-flybox/wp-flybox.php and at the bottom where it says add_action('wp_footer', 'wpflybox_init_body', 1); change the 1 to like 25. This is changing the priority of the plugin and maybe it is being forced in too early. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Sorry, but no good news to report. I changed the value from “1” to “25” and it doesn’t seem to have changed anything. There must be some complex interaction going on behind the scenes in the code insertion. Thank for all your help, but I think we can just leave it here.

    Sorry to waste your time!

I hate that it is not working for you! There is definitely some interference when the plugin is getting inserted I believe.
