Flying pages with CDN

I just saw on other thread that flying page does not load external resources.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/adsense-ad-scripts/#post-12248546I offload css/javascript to cdn subdomain of my site, and sometimes cdn’s domain.
Does it have any negative impact on flying pages?
