Flyout is not working after deactivating it why?

I redirected some of my links and I deactivated plugin for 8 hours and after the redirection I activated it again and pushed “Re-Index” button. It is been 5 hours since I “re-indexed” it but still now showing. Also, I use W-3 Total Cache but I have that never minify following js: nrelate.min.js. It was working totally fine, I’ve “re-index” it many times but once I deactivated it for 8 hours it is gone now. Anybody?
