[Focus] How to change excerpts in Home Page

Hi

I am using Genesis Focus Pro theme . Here is the demo of the theme .

First two posts are showing Full Content instead of excerpts. I have tried all the options but none is working for me . Please help as it is looking odd to display full content in Homepage.
