I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered. However, as we’ve never received a support thread from you concerning these problems, it makes it challenging to address exactly what might have caused them.
Generally, there shouldn’t be any problems with the Multi-Step form and it should work adequately. A good rule of thumb is to test whether you still encounter the same issue if you briefly switch to a default WordPress theme and enable the Forminator plugin in a staging website. Performing such steps should help understand the issue better.
