Focus keyword not registering with ALT text

Hello,

There are some technical issues with Rank math and our website using WPBakery page builder which is a part of our premium theme.

Let’s say Focus keyword is ” Green Apples”

ALT text is ” Green apples stored in the mustard yellow basket on a chair”

This ALT text is placed on the Woocommerce primary image and some other additional images. I also experimented with placing the same ALT text in all the images.

But still Rank math shows – “Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text. It is recommended to add the focus keyword in the alt attribute of one or more images.”

Secondly,

I have mentioned a dofollow link to some external site. It still says – dd DoFollow links pointing to external resources. PageRank Sculpting no longer works. Your posts should have a mix of nofollow and DoFollow links.

Firstly, please advise a solution

Secondly, if this is not working, will it really affect google page rankings? Google will still read the ALT text and dofollow links. Right? It is only my convinience which is being effected while updating my content. But if I know what I am doing, it will get the job done. Right?
