Fogot password not working

  • The only email address is the one attached to the username.

    Do you know if emails were working before? Presumably you have checked your Junk Email folder, so I am wondering whether your host has email set up for your installation.

    Thanks for the reply.

    This is a new setup so i have never used this part before, everything else working ok and linked to Paypal payments for membership but this part all works, just the forgot password part sadly.

    Right ok sorry, found a spelling mistake and that was causing the problem on an email address.
