Folder creating in database but not showing in admin dashboard

I installed and then uninstalled (tried to delete the SQL database of this plugin but was unable to do so) and then again installed it. Now the problem is while creating folder it showing creating but not creating in real sense.
I checked this problem this in database the folder is there which I already tried to create but not showing in wp-admin dashboard. Now tell me what to do next.
