  • Hey John,

MU is still very experimental. If you want to submit a support ticket I can look deeper into the issue for you…

    Cheers~

Thanks a lot, will try first to experiment further because the same version on another site at same server seems to work better – although, this time, the package volume seems too high…

In fact, what I noticed when installing on MU is that the plugin isn’t accessible at super-admin level but at main site, although it’s network activated.

Will test this further and will get back here if I find something interesting.

In fact it runs fine on other non-MU sites, no problem.
My issue is certainly related to what I wrote before – it doesn’t install correctly on top super-admin level when network activated on MU configuration.
BTW is there a way to EXCLUDE folders?

    Hey John,

To exclude folders (starting in 0.5.0) you need to open the Archive section under Packages > Create New > Step 1 Setup and add the full path…

Thanks, that’s right but the term “Enable Filters” is not really explicit for me and didn’t understand that this was actually meaning “Exclude”. That’s fine, thanks.

Update: I made a second attempt with the same MU site and this time the package was full… So, maybe the initial error with missing folder was a local server error and not a plugin issue!

Please consider this a s solved for the time being. Thanks.

    Thanks for the update John!
