There are some folders under /uploads that don’t show up, even after I click on “Sync Folder contents”. I have these folders in the filesystem:

    uploads/wpcf7_drag-n-drop_uploads/wpcf7_uploads
    uploads/wpcf7_drag-n-drop_uploads/tmp_uploads

Only tmp_uploads shows up even after I highlight the wpcf7_drag-n-drop_uploads folder in the tree and click Sync…?

Some plugins, such as Contact Forms 7, automatically add folders under the uploads directory. However, most site administrators never need to access the contents of these folder and they take up space in the folder tree. Media Library Folders has two methods for skipping folders that contain plugin data or other non media files. One method is through the folders_to_hide.txt file. Any folders name listed in this file are skipped when the plugin scans for folders. The other method is by adding a file, mlpp-hidden to a folder. When an administrator selects a folder to be hidden, an empty file will this name is added to the folder and then when folders are scanned, any folder that contains this file will remain hidden.

hi Alan, thank you so much for getting back to me, yes it was the folders_to_hide.txt file, I’ve now edited that and it’s showing me the folders I need to see.
