FOLDERS NOT DISPLAYING

I can’t get the Folders menu on the page to view correctly. There is a small button which I have to click in order for the folders to become visible and I’d like to have the folders menu on show full time. Is that possible?
Yet when I upload the library plug in on an alternative site subdirectory the folders are all visible in a header.
I’m on Theme Pinnacle Premium and my site library front page is here: https://site2.ssiwatersheds.ca/library/
Do I have to change themes to view the folders on the main page?
