Jetpack doesn’t come with a Follow button, but you could try this plugin (which wasn’t made by us):

Alternatively, you could try this new-style of button that IS made by us, but which would require a touch of coding to implement on your site:

As for being able to comment, people can log in with a WordPress.com, Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account, or they can fill out their name and email address to be able to comment.

In regards to subscribing to your site, I noticed that you already added a subscription widget to your sidebar, great!

Lastly, may I make a suggestion? Change your Pretty Permalinks to avoid URLs that look like this: https://thefreespiritedwoman.com/?p=246 ; instead, you could have it look like this: https://thefreespiritedwoman.com/music-and-memories .
