Follow buttons disappear after a few days

  • This is the fourth and last time I am going through the effort of creating the social media buttons. The first time I thought that I had somehow done something wrong and accidentally deleted by follow and social media links… all 6 of them… at the same time (twitter, facebook, google+, youtube, email and rss). When this happened the second time I thought that is was because I had not created an AddThis account, which I proceeded to do. The third time I thought that it might have happened because… well I just assumed that something had gone wrong.

    I’m sorry to hear you’ve had to much trouble with this plugin. We’ve heard one similar issue with a user who reported that their theme was deleting all their AddThis settings whenever they made changes to their theme. We haven’t been able to track down why yet.
