Follow it Not working

This plug in has stopped working, isn’t sending out emails to all subscribers. I am receiving the message that my account is inactive. Changing the password lets me in once, than the same process happens all over again. What is happening? So far not totally happy with this plugin, switched from Feedburner, but now beginning to regret it.
