Follow/ Unfollow Displays as 0 after click

Hi, Not sure if i am the only one facing this issue here as i Dint found in the posts. So, when i click on Un-Follow (Mostly) it appears as a digit 0 rather than showing me the ‘Follow’ link. I first thought it might be something with the sprintf function to display the name. But i tried hard coding it to a string but no success. Anyone who can help me with this.
