Follow up customer emails encouraging to complete order

I would like to have the facility that if a customer visits the site and doesn’t buy on the initial occasion that they are followed up with an email or promotional email enticing them to buy or complete order.

Perhaps the Woocommerce Mailchimp plugin can do this? (Although I notice the Woocommerce Mailchimp has very bad reviews.)
