Follow Up Emails

    Client is asking for –

    1) Would like a plugin that would allow an email to go out 10 to 14 days after a customer receives a product to ask if they have any questions or concerns and if they downloaded the information regarding the use of the product.

    2) Would like a plugin that would contact customers who have not purchase heard from for 6 months to 1 year with a “We have not heard from you. Let us know if you have any questions regarding our products, protocol or product usage downloads.

    I apologize for asking here, Im just on the run back and forth to the hospital and have zero time to do as much research as I normally like to do.
