    Hi

    The plugin send emails to some customers that already bought, I just want to send follow up emails to users that don’t complete a purchase.

    And what are the order statutes of orders for which emails are sent?

    The customer show a different shipping method in the plugin and on the order details in woocommerce.

    Hello @freddyee,

    Thank you for the detailed information.

    We checked the screenshots that you shared with us, and it seems that when an order is placed, the order status is set to On-Hold. So, to stop sending emails to On Hold order statues and mark it as recovered, you need to select the On Hold order statue in the “Exclude email sending for” option in plugin settings.

    Currently, you have selected only Processing & Completed order status.

    Regarding the shipping method, the plugin shows the shipping method selected when the cart is abandoned. While placing the order customer might choose another shipping method.
