Follow up: Orders are failing

A former issue has been resolved without being resolved. I am seeing the exact same issue as the former poster. Any updates on this?

In short: Orders are failing with this error message:
Could not process order because it was not possible to save the payment on PayPal. Order status changed from On hold to Failed.
The payment gets instantly refunded and the subscription is cancelled.
