Follow-up Plugin Gets Bug

First, I cannot select any product for any new follow-up email after I select “Enable for: A specific product” in the “Follow-up email” plugin. However, the category works properly. All the categories are selectable.
Second, I cannot change the “follow-up details” because everything is hidden and cannot be shown.
Third, the follow-up emails disappear when I click update on the editing page.
Anything can I change so that every issue can be solved?
