Follow up questions after signup

Thanks for hopping in the forum. That sort of feature, isn’t directly available with the wordpress plugin. But MailChimp does have integrations with some survey companies, such as SurveyMonkey. So you could create an autoresponder in MailChimp that sends after signup, then include a survey in the autoresponder.

Alternatively, you could include those questions in your MailChimp signup form, then ask subscribers to update their profile after signing up. The extra questions will appear on the update profile form.
