• Hi,

    We’re looking to integrate this plugin into our site and the pro version looks like it ticks all our boxes. The only thing I can’t see is the ability to send an automated follow up/thank you for attending email. There appears to be a booking confirmation and reminder which is great but nothing after the event.

    Is there a mechanic for this or have a missed something? It seems a fairly basic/common requirement to be missing.

    Greetings, and thank you for your interest in our plugin!

    At the moment, we don’t have a built-in option for sending an automated follow-up or thank-you email after an event. However, we do offer FluentCRM integration with Eventin [check this doc]. This allows you to collect customer emails on an event-by-event basis. Once the event is over, you can easily trigger a thank-you email manually or set up an automated sequence within FluentCRM to handle this process for you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, very help – such a shame it can’t be done directly within the plugin.

    We use Hubspot so don’t really want to add an additional CRM into the mix, could we connect to that using Zapier and then automate the emails that way?
